Tingatinga Blouse

The blouse from the Tingatinga collection melts the magic of Africa and the exclusivity of a work of art. The cheetah is hand-painted in the traditional Tanzanian Tingatinga style, a genre born in Dar es Salaam in the 1960s and characterized by bright colors and native subjects inspired by nature and African life. The two-tone blouse has ultra-contemporary lines, an oversized fit and couture details. The blouse is made exclusively on-demand. The capsule is part of the Endelea Supports Black Art project. By purchasing the blouse you are supporting the activities of the Tingatinga Arts Cooperative Society in Dar es Salaam and the artist Amos Ashee Mtambala.
