Orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for the parcel.


  • How can I return an order?

If you're not happy with your order, you can easily return it. From the day you receive it, you have 30 days to decide if you want to return any items. Should you wish to do so, please write us at adding your purchase code and "Return" in the email subject, and you will receive the required instructions.

  • Can I exchange a product for another item?

We can replace items if they are defective, damaged or if the size you purchased does not fit. In any case, please send us an email at adding your purchase code and "Exchange" in the email subject. We will inform you about the exchange possibilities and process.


  • Where are your products made?

All our products are designed in Italy and handmade in Tanzania. Our workshop is located in Dar es Salaam, in Magomeni district. Fabrics are purchased in Tanzania and all our products have the certificate of origin Made in Tanzania.

  • How do I wash Endelea items?

You can wash them by hand or machine, we recommend 30 degrees.
Always make sure to wash your Endelea’s separate from white and light colors: we like it colorful and bold but – hey – we respect your laundry!
Do not bleach or dry clean. Tumble dry and iron at medium heat. We suggest you wash your Endelea items before use. Our fabrics are 100% cotton, so they might shrink a tiny amount.
