Yes! Feel free to use any courier that is available in your city or most convenient for you. We recommend also to use a tracked shipment and eventually send us the track code (if the package gets lost, it can get quite complicated for us).

Orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for the parcel. We normally ship from our warehouse in Milan, although some Made to Order items can depart directly from Tanzania, if needed.

PRODUCTS & FABRICS
All our products are designed in Italy and handmade in Africa. 75% of the manufacturing happens in our workshop, located in Dar es Salaam, in the Magomeni district, while the remaining is crafted in Kenya, in Kikambala, by the ethically certified Soko Kenya. Fabrics are sourced in Tanzania, either bought from small resellers or handmade for us by local artisans. All our products have the certificate of origin Made in Tanzania/Kenya.
Endelea is completely transparent when it comes to prices. Every price on the website is explained in detail, taking into account variable (fabrics, hardware, labor, etc.) and fixed costs (salaries, advertising, ethical mission, etc.). Check out the single product pages to discover more!
Our packaging is completely plastic-free and sustainable. Products are shipped in textile bags made from leftover fabric. In 2022, 360kg of scrap fabrics was upcycled into packagings, reducing our waste and avoiding the use of polluting single-use plastics, while providing beautiful, high quality and reusable packaging.
When it comes to other materials like paper tags, we always choose FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified recycled paper, while the envelopes used for shipping are made of 100% compostable material.
Due to the fact that we source our fabrics from Tanzanian small suppliers and manufacturers, our stock is often very limited. However, we would be more than happy to help you with your enquiry.

From September 2023, thanks to our collaboration with Renoon, every item will have a QR code explaining the entire supply chain: from design in Italy, to fabric sourcing, to manufacturing and packaging in our workshop in Dar es Salaam or in the Soko facility in Kenya, to shipping to our warehouse in Milan.
Endelea also applied to obtain the B Corp certificate with 167 scores out of 200 (when the minimum required is 80) and is currently undergoing the due diligence process.
Our fabrics are sourced directly from the market and local manufacturers in East Africa.
Depending on the collection, the fabric composition might vary: for example, the Cotton Wax and Kikoi collections are 100% cotton, the Maasai Shuka collection is 100% acrylic and the Maasai Check is 80% cotton and 20% polyester, the Tie Dye collection is 80% cotton and 20% viscose.
