Changing the world one dress at a time

WHAT IS ENDELEA?

Endelea is an ethical fashion brand born in Milan with the idea of creating collections of clothing and accessories in African fabrics with Italian design.

The brand was founded in 2018 by Francesca De Gottardo, who, after working for several years in the fashion world, felt the urgency to create a different reality with a business model that puts people at its center. Today, Endelea is a B Corp that believes in creativity, connections, and prosperity capable of creating value for everyone involved in the project.

Bold is our favorite word

And Dream bold is our motto, two words that perfectly summarize our approach. 3% of our sales are reinvested in training activities and the sponsorship of collaborations between Italian and Tanzanian universities, with the dream of fostering the growth of a fashion industry in Tanzania.

ENDELEA, FROM THE BEGINNING

The start of Endelea

Endelea is born as a self-funded pilot project and launches its first collection in July 2018.

An innovative startup

A second collection is launched in June. The Tanzanian team grows and Endelea moves to the spaces of Naledi Dream Center, starting a scholarship program for the students.

Endelea becomes a registered company and gains recognition as an innovative startup by the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, Monza, Brianza, and Lodi.
