Endelea is two teams, or rather: it is a single team that is divided between two countries, Tanzania and Italy.
DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA
Dar es Salaam is where the majority of the garments are produced. The wages of tailors and seamstresses are 116% higher than the country's average, and everyone enjoys health insurance for themselves and their families, as well as free meals, transportation, and professional development courses.
MILAN, ITALY
In Milano, we take care of design, marketing and sales. Also in Italy, like in Tanzania the team is mostly composed of women, aged between 25 and 52, with a gender gap of zero.
