At Endelea, we believe that the key to change is knowledge, which is why part of our revenues are invested in creating capacity-building workshops with Tanzanian universities. Over the years we have organized various courses on fashion design at the Dar es Salaam university, but we don’t just limit ourselves to academia: we also collaborate with local enterprises that are interested in fashion and design.

Not only do we produce clothes in Tanzania, but we also conduct photoshoots and video campaigns with stylists, models and photographers, so that a 360 ° fashion industry can be born. We proudly support local talents as we want to be destructive and change Western perspectives. We want to enhance African creativity and give it the visibility it deserves on an international scale.
